1. Your initial deposit of 50% reserves your date & is non-refundable  1.1 Quotations are only valid for 30 days.  2. All orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance.  3. Celebration & Wedding cakes must be placed ideally 3 – 6 months in advance, howeverexceptions will be considered, time permitting  4. Price list refers to basic products and serves as a guideline, without special designs or fillings.Special requests and fillings are additionally charged for. Quotations on individual requirements. 5. The balance of your order must be paid 1 week prior to collection or the final date agreed upon. 6. Cancellations are not refundable 72h to collection date. 7. We are not responsible for any damage to the ordered product after it’s been collected/delivered. Delivery & Set-up charges may apply. 8. On occasion we will photograph our products and we reserve the right to use any photograph for display or promotion without compensation to you. 9. Our products may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, soy, nuts and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions. 10. Our products are made by hand. It is therefore difficult to produce exact copies. Pictures are used as guidelines. Exact copies fall under intellectual property and is protected by copyright. 11. I suggest that the client provide their own fresh flowers when needed. If the flowers are delivered to me the day before the collection or 3 hours prior to collection, I shall gladly do the arrangement of the flowers on the cake.
